Privacy policy
A small site should collect little data
Effective 24 August 2026. This policy describes the static source package and must be reviewed if the publisher adds hosting analytics, form processing or advertising services.
Who is responsible
Night Angler Journal Media LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States, is presented as the website owner and controller. These pre-publication details must be verified before deployment. Privacy enquiries: nightanglerjournal.privacy@gmail.com.
Information collected by this package
The site contains no account system, database, tracking pixel or analytics service. The contact form opens your own email application; the website does not transmit or store the message. If you email the publisher, your message, address and metadata are handled by the email providers involved.
Local storage
The cookie-settings page stores one preference value in your browser. It is used only to remember that selection on the device. No optional analytics is installed in this release.
Hosting logs
A production host may create short-lived security and access logs such as IP address, time, requested path and user agent. The publisher must document the actual host, purpose, legal basis, retention and processors before launch.
External links
Links to public agencies and Wikimedia Commons open external websites governed by their own policies. Following a link may disclose the referring page unless the deployed configuration restricts it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information. Contact the privacy address above. Identity may be checked before a request is fulfilled.
Children and sensitive information
The publication is written for a general audience and does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Do not send precise home addresses, emergency details, license identifiers or sensitive fishing locations through ordinary email.
Changes
The effective date will change when this policy is materially revised. The deploying publisher must align it with the actual domain, host, mailboxes and services.
